My Groupon Beauty-Deal Experience

Last month, I was planning to have my hair rebonded but then I have to consider some factors:


Location - I had my hair done 8 months ago at Clementi Mall which is an hour of travel from my place. I considered that location because a friend who happens to work there, informed me there was an opening promotion from that salon so I grabbed the opportunity, enjoyed the salon's offer and so far it was good.
Since the whole hair rebonding process  almost eat out a day's schedule, this time I need to choose a place that's near to me.


Price - In everything we spend, we must always consider the price. If we can get the same service and yet spend a little, then why not? I need to constantly remind myself to be a wise spender, so I must dig out and check all the best offers out there.

I came across  this Groupon Beauty Deals online and at first I was hesitant, but then I still tried because it has a good offer and location wise, it's just in Orchard area and quite near so it's very reasonable to get one.

The offer includes Hair Perming or Rebonding + Shiseido or L'Oreal Hair Treatment + Wash + Blow. The voucher value is S$210 as stated above but I only need to spend S$68 because of the deal and I have this $10 credit when I signed up for a groupon account, so I have the option  to use and slash it from my purchase. I end up paying only S$58 through my Master Card.


After I confirmed my purchase, I booked a schedule the following day.
When I was at the salon, the hairdresser kept on up selling with other services and treatments, good thing I was able to resist and just proceed only with what I have purchased.


The whole experience was good and I'm looking forward to buy more deals from Groupon because it's  such a rewarding feeling that you were able to get a good service at a good price. What a best deal :)
